page. It only takes about 10 to 15 minutes and there is no charge for this phone consultation. Your phone consultation will give you the opportunity to speak directly with Dr. Mitchell, and to determine if this may be the right treatment program for you. If so, we will schedule you for the next available appointment, possibly that same day.

If you are coming in for opioid dependency, you must stop all opioid use at least 12 to 24 hours prior to your first visit (call for specific details).
Call 1-2 days in advance for an appointment. The first visit can take up to 2 hours. People who have successfully used either Subutex or Suboxone in the past may waive parts of this first visit and are usually done in under 60 minutes.
If you want one, an in-office urine drug screen is optional and costs $20.
Bring a picture ID with your date of birth on it, preferably a Florida Driver's License if you have one. If someone else is paying for your visit using their credit/debt card, they must have a valid ID of their own, also.
There is about 15-20 minutes of paperwork to do, so bring glasses if you need them.
If this is your first time using either Suboxone or Subutex, you will purchase your first day's medication at a pharmacy near our office. Bring at least an additional $40 for the medication.
You may want to bring someone give you a ride home afterwards if you are taking the first dose of medication in the office.
